Projects

Upon logging into the system, the user will be directed to the Projects page. This screen can be accessed at any time by clicking on the Projects tab near the top of the screen.

Project Search

Located on the left side of the screen is a search engine that allows a user to search for a specific project. Simply enter the search criteria and click the  Go button to view the results.

Project List

The Project List, located on the left side of the screen, lists the current projects the user is a member of as well as a link to view all public projects.  Click on any one of these links to select the specific project.  If the user is on a root-level project and also on sub-projects of that project, then she will either need to click first on the root-level project and then drill-down to the desired project, or use the Project Search.

Project Description

Contains a description of the current project, if no project has been selected no description will be shown.  The project administrator will also see either an 'Add a description' or 'Edit a description' link where she can provide a description.  The project description can include HTML, such as images and links.   This can also be entered on the Project Details page.

Organization List

Lists the user’s current organizations and their title within them.

Any user can request to be added to an extant organization via the Settings - Organizations page.  If that page indicates that the organization does not exist, then the user should contact the Project Administrator via the Contacts page.  The Project Administrator can add the organization on the Who's on the Project page.

Any user can edit their title by going to the Settings - Admin and Title page.  The Project Administrator can edit titles by clicking on the Pencil icon on the Contacts page, and then clicking on the Admin and Title page.
